			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I called eBay and spoke to a customer service rep, who said anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle where the seller claims to use the eBay protection plan or eBay safe harbor should contact eBay via eMail to determine if the seller is registered with eBay. If they aren&#8217;t (and they aren&#8217;t) then it&#8217;s a scam, eBay said. Also, eBay does NOT get involved in the transaction and is only the Web site to list items for sale.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was in the U.S. Army and assigned to TASCOM in Worms, Germany. Part of my duties included processing service men and women&#8217;s cars from the US to Europe. The US military DOES NOT ship autos to overseas assignment locations unless the country accepts US vehicles for use on the highways of that country. That includes Great Britain and all of Europe. The only assignment areas where you cannot ship a POV (privately owned vehicle) are Iraq, Afghanistan and the former Yugoslavia areas. Remember that when you read these bs stories about a soldier who can&#8217;t register the car in the country of his/her new duty assignment. THE CAR WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED IF IT COULD NOT BE REGISTERED AND DRIVEN.<br />
