Matt Williams Senior Medic again with replies

The bold type is my emails to him, with his and my most recent at the top. This guy is certainly a piece of work!

I can somewhat understand that, due to the fact that I work in a secure area as well. Although, I am not sure as to why the restrictions would extend to personal, outside of duty hours. I do appreciate your willingness to pay for shipping, but I hope you can understand my hesitation in doing a transaction with seeing the person.  So, with that being said, I will respectfully decline, and hope that you are not impersonating a fellow member of the U.S. Military and Armed Services.

First of all I have to tell you that I can’t use the phone due the military security reasons I’m restricted from leaving the unit’s facility under any purpose and have strictly limited phone access.I hope you can understand that we will have to stick to email for now.Right now I’m in a military base of Ohio National Guard. The vehicle is here with me at the base but I’ve already made all the arrangements with DAS to pick it up from the base. The title will be sent with the car. I think the car will be in 3-5 days to your address.I will take care of shipping charges . I will send all necessary paperwork (clear title, bill of sale, user’s manual, pink slip etc). Regarding the payment I want to use Google Checkout protection program. You’ll get 5 days to inspect and test drive after delivery. During that 5 days testing period I will not be getting any money. Once you inspect and decide to keep the car, will confirm your decision with Google and only then they will re-route me the money. In this way we are both protected.

I need to know if you are interested in buying it so I can ask Google to send you the details on how this works. I have to fill out a form on Google and I need the name that will go on the title and an address where you want the car delivered. Once I do it, Google will email you all the details on this transaction and we can get the ball rolling.

Hi there,

The Frontier it is in perfect condition, there’s not a scratch or any dents on it. Everything from engine to tires is mint condition. I have a clear title with no liens or loans. I’m selling it low as my medical team will deploy back to Afghanistan on July 23th for a 2 year contract and I won’t let it go to waste in my backyard, therefore I need a fast and reliable buyer. If you decide to buy it I will be paying for the shipping charges. The total price is $3,670 with no other hidden taxes. Please email me back if you are interested in buying it.

I have come across the same exact person….only he is listing a different car and using a female’s name. This pisses me off so bad I could scream because my husband is in the National Guard. How dare this #$#$%^& claim to be in the military!!

I have just recently come accross the same exact guy, with the same email. Only he is trying to sell a 2006 Scion Tc, for $1914, when it is a $8000 car. it caught my attention so i messaged him an asked if it were a typo, and he claimed that he was leaving for Afghanistan the 31st of Jan. and he had to get rid of it as soon as possible. Doing some research and knowing it was to good to be true, this guy is just a flat out dumbass.
