2001 Chevy Silverado

Craigslist advertised an ’01 Silverado for $2700, about a third of its value…so far this is the email correspondence I’ve had:

Thanks for getting back to me. I didn’t realize that you were in Wisconsin! (I’m in PA) It sounds like a great truck and I’m still interested in pursuing it. I usually get a carfax report when I buy a new car. To run a carfax report I need the VIN number. If you can send me the vin number and your phone number I’ll be in touch and we can work out the details pending a clean history. Also, what company would be handling the shipping and who is the contact there?

I decided to complete the transaction through Ebay security Program because I want to

Your money will be keep by eBay agent until you will receive the truck and send them the
confirmation that you are satisfied with the product received. In case you don’t want to
keep the truck all you will have to do is to ask them for a refund and you will be totally
refunded in 2 day .REMEMBER: I will take care of the shipping !

P.S. You must know that if you decide to buy the truck I will need your full name and shipping
address as soon as possible in order to send your details to the shipping company and to ebay
agent to make the arrangements for shipping.
