craiglist scams

I find the in the craigs list and always in the “general” tab I noticed
a well organized scammer
advertising numerous late model vehicles, motorcycles, ATV’s
watercraft, boats, farm equipment and other equipment
all priced low in the range mostly under 3,000 and mostly around $2,700
The license plates are obscured or removed
The same listings appear in multiple cities and states and always in
the “general” tab and not in their appropriate classes like boats, cars+trucks, or
searching for 2007 or 2008 they are easy to recognize and in various cities in this case, his postings are revealed
he is avoiding a reply through craigslist, rather
The only way to inquire is using a personal return email and not through craigs list
And the emails given are always in various women’s names
The replies are consistent with the same cookie cutter content of the spammer’s character

The tractor is at the shipping company in Topeka KS sealed and ready for shipping. I have a contract with eBay so this deal must go through them. According with eBay you have 5 days from the time you receive the tractor to inspect it and decide if you want to keep it or not. Here is how it will work:
