Yet Another eBay VPP Scam from Craigslist
I’m glad that I researched this one before doing anything else. eBay does have a policy called Vehicle Purchase Protection NOT Vehicle Purchase Program. As posted elsewhere on this site, they do not hold or ship merchandise and the actual VPP policy does not protect you with any transactions OUTSIDE of eBay/eBay Motors. No eBay policy works outside of eBay.
The listing came complete with pictures on Craigslist. Here’s the email response below:

According with eBay Vehicle Purchase Program you have 7 days from the time you receive the car to inspect it and decide if you want to keep it or not.
