Active Scam 2004 Cadillac De Ville – $3000 – Talent Auto
Points that make this a Scam:
- Dependable Auto Shippers does not crate and hold vehicles for people that are try to sell them. http://www.dasautoshippers.com/i-found-this-great-used-car-online.html.
- They are claiming that eBay is going to hold the money and if you check at eBay you will find they don’t escrow money.
- You will notice that they avoided all questions about picking it up instead of shipping.
- eBay protection is only for items sold on eBay.
- eBay warns you about sending money through Western Union and this scammer is trying to make you think that eBay wants you to use Western Union. eBay’s comment is “Instant Cash Transfer Services Pay safely online by never using instant cash transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram International to pay for your eBay purchases. These payment methods are unsafe when paying someone you do not know. Learn more. “
- This is with no doubt a scam. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shipping would be included in the purchase price and no contact information was offered on “Sandra’s” behalf beyond the email address listed in the email. I knew this had to be too good to be true, so I used the information I was provided to see if anything could be found online. Thank God for this site, these postings and the audacity of this individual who continues to use the same name, email and “script” to lure in unsuspecting potentional victims.
