   No doubt its a scam. I got a similar setup from maybe the same person using a different email address and name. I asked her to send new pics and the VIN of the tractor or a scan of the title. No response.

   The tractor is already at the shipping company in Valley City, OH sealed and ready to be shipped along with all the attachments. I’m very busy with my job so this is the reason why I chose to sell my tractor over the internet. I have a contract with eBay so this deal must go through them. According with the eBay you have 5 days of inspection after you receive the tractor in which you can take it to your mechanic , test it and decide if you want to keep it or not. Here is how it will work:
   1.First of all I will need the following details from you:
   - Full Name
   - Full Shipping Address
   2. After I will receive the details from you, I will forward them to eBay.
   3. After they will process your info, they will send you the invoice. In the invoice you will receive the details on how to make a refundable payment.
   4. eBay will contact me and release the shipping to you. After you receive the tractor you will have 5 days to test it, verify and do whatever you need to the tractor. If you decide to keep it, then I will receive the payment from eBay .
   5. If you will decide that you will not buy the tractor, eBay will refund the money and I will have the shipping company come down to pick up my tractor.Please get back to me asap if you decide to buy, and include in your e-mail your full name and address where you want it shipped so I can start the deal with eBay. You will receive all the transaction payment and shipping details from them. I look forward to hear from you.

   I bought this tractor just the way it is. The backhoe has always been attached to it. It does have the quick attach/detach system. LA 210 loader and BT600 Kubota backhoe. ROPS, grille, seat belt. 48″ bucket with lifting capacity of 750lbs. 71.3″ lift height. BT600 Kubota backhoe with 12″ bucket & teeth & 6′ digging depth. Mid & rear PTO. It was used for landscaping and planting trees.
   If you decide to buy it, you’ll receive all the papers, owner manual, keys and a buy-sell contract already signed by me.
   I have a low price ( $ 2,970 including delivery to your home address ) because I want to sell the tractor very quickly.    The tractor is at the shipping center in Houston, TX and from there will be shipped to my buyer’s address. For this transaction I want to use Google Checkout because I want to provide you a fast and very secure way. They will handle the transaction for me. You will make the payment to Google Checkout and they will hold the money until you receive and inspect the tractor. Only after you receive the tractor and you inspect it (you have 5 days for inspection) they will release the payment to me.
   This transaction is covered by Google Checkout buyer protection up to 50,000 USD and if something goes wrong in this transaction you will be fully refunded. On the invoice you will have the details on how to make a refundable payment and shipping back the tractor will be my concern. I strongly assure you it will not be the case for a refund.    Iresponded to an identical ad today- lady named janette in ocala Florida had the same tractor for sale at 4000. Man this lady doesn give up does she. I e-mailed her asking for the title copy and pictures of the serial # and told her I would rather pick it up myself and pay cash.
   Be interesting to see what response I get.
