Craigslist 2007 Tundra SR5 4×4

Hi again,

Right now I’m on a military base, getting ready for Iraq. The car is already at the shipping company warehouse in Pine Bluff, AR, ready to be shipped. The car is enlisted in the eBay VPP program so this deal must go through them. In accordance with eBay Vehicle Purchase Program  terms, you have 3 days from the time you receive the car to inspect it and decide whether you want to keep it or not. The car will be shipped free of charge, along with all documents, clean GA title with my signature on it, owner’s manual and keys. It has never been involved in any accident, there’s no body damage or mechanical problems. Here is how it will work:

1. First of all, I will need your details: Full name, shipping address and phone #.
2. Once I receive the details from you, I will forward them to Ebay VPP for processing.
3. After they process your information, they will send you an invoice with all the details on how to make a refundable payment. Basically, you will have to issue a MoneyGram payment to a verified eBay VPP Agent and the payment will be secured with them. Only you will have access to the payment.
4. Ebay will contact me and I will ship the car. After you receive it you will have 3 days to test and verify the car. If you decide to buy it, I will receive the payment from Ebay. Otherwise, the car will be shipped back free of charge on your side and you will be fully refunded. If you wish to make the transaction, please send me the necessary information so we can proceed.
I’ll wait your response.

Thanks

    Hello,

I’m SGT James Miller. This 2005 Honda Accord EX-L is in perfect working condition.
This vehicle engine runs very, very smooth. No electrical or mechanical problems on this beauty. This detailed vehicle makes the exterior looks like it just came off the assembly line. The car has 64,650 miles.

As I know that my current situation is pretty special I want the deal closed only through eBay’s Vehicle Protection Program in order for you to be 100% protected. You will make the payment to eBay and they will hold the money until you receive the car. ONLY AFTER you receive the car and you inspect it (for 15 days) eBay will send the money to me; in this way we are both protected. If the car is not suitable for you from any reason, your money will be fully refundable and I will take the car back on my expenses. I’m sure it won’t be the case because it’s a state of art looking and working vehicle. I am located in Canada and I was sent here with my department. One week ago my wife moved here with me and brought the car with her, but now we have to sell it back in the US because we can’t register it here; it has US specs and everything, and registering it here in Canada will take forever. My final price on it is $2,800 USD. If you will take it for this price, I am willing to handle the shipping. It will be shipped from here by plane with US Air Military Cargo so it will not cost me anything. You will get it to your address.
Please get back to me asap if you want to move forward, and include in your e-mail your full name and address where you want it shipped so I can start the deal with eBay. You will receive all the transaction, payment and shipping details from them.

    Best Regards,
    James and Jessica Miller

The others are pretty much the same response to me, out of town people and in military or getting divorce!

BEWARE! These are the email adresses I got responses from:

    Sebastian Patterson

It’s pretty bad, in fact here’s ANOTHER one from CARS.com:

    Hello,

As I told you at this moment I am in NAS Willow Grove,PA, getting ready for Iraq.
The car is in excellent condition, with everything working on it.
All consumables(oil, filters, brakes) changed, tires in very good shape. Never raced.
I can ship the car to you. The shipping isn’t a problem.
I can do it at no cost for you because I will use military transport for shipping.
You will receive the car along with all the documents.
As for the payment I can start a transaction through www.cars.com.
All I need is your full name and address so i can contact them and after that they will contact you regarding this purchase. They act as a third party and will protect both of us in this transaction.
If I ship the car and you don`t want to buy the car after you check it ,you will return
the car at the expense of my.
    I am waiting your e-mail.
    Thank you.

That was in response to my question about picking the car up…he was insistant about shipping it. After I called his bluff and reported him to CARS.com he stopped emailing me. This stuff is sickening.
