It started out as a great deal, then I messaged the seller to get more info.  As I got excited and almost payed the $29.99 for the carfax report, I waited for the second reply.  I web searched the name and luckily came across this site.  The first message I received was the same as others have received..

I am selling this Excursion because my platoon has been sent back to  Afganistan  and don’t want it get old in my backyard. The price is low because I need to sell it before November 17. It has no damage, no scratches or dents, no hidden defects. It is in immaculate condition, meticulously maintained and hasn’t been involved in any accident..I do have the title , clear, under my name.Vin #1FMSU43P85ED02820.The Suv has 59,100 original miles.

I messaged back again to ask more details on the vehicle and what platoon he was in. No return yet.  I just checked Craigslist again, the original Santa Cruz post on 11/9/9 has been deleted, now there are two others, 1 in Half Moon Bay and 1 in Boulder Creek, both in California SF Bay Area Craigslist.

Don’t be fooled by Mickey Daan like I almost was, thanks to this site.
