eBay VPP scam

Below is an email of a seller accepting an offer,  then providing instructions to click on the link to particpate in VPP. The VPP sends a request to send money via Western Union to an authorized agent to hold the money until the transaction is complete.

I said i am willing to negotiate, but i was not thinking that i will have to sell the boat for this amount. I really need the money at this point and as i said, i have the shipping already paid…so, i accept your $5,300.
From my part we have a deal.

This will practically allow me to receive payment only after you will receive, inspect and agree to keep it.
I suppose you should confirm your participation (acceptance to my offer) by filling your details and sending them to ebay.
After that I think we should both receive confirmations and instruction directly from ebay.
